Kearny pizza Hut it the worst....every time I try to give them another chance I regret it more then the last. When I have the food delivered it is always cold, they always forget something, the food quality is always bad. They really should just close this location down.

Ordered a dinner box. The delivery guy shows up more than an hour later with cold food. I'm not talking lukewarm-- ice cold. On top of that everything tasted like the glaze on the cinnamon sticks. Never ordering again.

I called in an order and sent my GF to pick it up. When she got there they said no order had been placed. I called up and spoke with the manager and told him I would still like the order but please deliver it because I don't want to drive up there again. He was unwilling to waive the delivery charge which I think is ridiculous. I submitted a formal complaint to Pizza Hut lets see how there customer service is.

Ordered there twice.both times they failed to bring all of my order.they love it when you order specialty items.they make you a basic pizza & pocket the difference in the costs.pay attention they want bring you a receipt either
