I ordered regular breadsticks and buffalo wings from this location and it took over 2 hours for the order to come to my door. On top of the late delivery, the food was disgusting. The breadsticks were put in brown paper bags and when I took them out, I realized the corners of the breadsticks were covered in some yellow sauce. The buffalo wings came very dry (I ordered buffalo boneless mild sauce). The sauce was spilled all over the bag. It was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. Worst service I have ever experienced and do not recommend anybody going there. The filth is unbelievably dreadful.

CHANEL SMITH IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER!!!
I PLACED A $36 ORDER AS A WALK IN CUSTOMER. AFTER 40 MINS, I WENT TO CHECK THE STATUS. SHE LOOKED AROUND FOR A WHILE AND THEN CAME BACK TO SAY, "OH, THEY NEVER MADE IT!"
ALL OF THE CREW WERE TALKING, LAUGHING AND EATING ON THE LINE WHILE MAKING PIZZAS.
WHEN I ASKED HER WHY IT TOOK 40 MINS BEFORE MY ORDER WAS EVEN PICKED UP, SHE SAID..DO YOU WANT ME TO MAKE IT OR NOT?
I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THE SURVEY CODE AND HER NAME. SHE WROTE IN ON THE RECEIPT. NO APOLOGY OFFERED, NO RESOLUTION. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AFTER A LONG DAY.

Great Pizza Hut!! Fast!! I Ordered on the phone, a bacon stuffed pizza and breadsticks. They told me 15 minutes and once I got there (in less then 15 minutes) My food was ready. Hot and Fresh :)

Horrible service. I ordered at 9pm and it's 10:37 and still not here. Worst Customer service ever!!! They dont CARE, they just transfer you to "the manager" and put you on hold for 15 min then call disconnects. Super bad

overall worst Pizza Hut I've been too. Employees don't want to work, it was hard to get in contact with them when I went to go pick up my food I heard the phone ringing none stop the employee on shift was doing nothing but getting aggravated that the phone was ringing that he covered his ears with his hands. On top of me asking if they deliver they said no and I'm there a guy is delivering, this gives Pizza Hut a bad name. They need to revaluate this location!! If I ever own this location I would clean house immediately
