I rented and apt from pistilli and currently live in it for over 3 years now.. and counting. I recently just had my whole place painted and I can say I'm happy with the work, I even had my furniture moved for me. So far I am having a pleasant experience.My super is responsive and helps when I have a little problem and I also have an office to reach out in case of any problem.

I was going to sign a lease for a new apartment but wanted to make sure the needed renovations were going to take place. I was guaranteed that they would be, and they were! Very trustworthy group!

I have been wanting to move to Astoria for a while now since I am half Greek and was never in touch with my roots. It's such a good area to live in for that and many other reasons. I am glad I contacted Pistilli since my building rocks and I'm super happy! I walk a block anywhere and find greek restaurants and clubs. Fun Fun!!!

PISTILLI Grand Manor building has a Big Problem with BED BUGS. Me and my husband just moved in , but we want to get out . I have notice a lot of people getting rid of their furniture . Now I know why , I too have to get rid of my stuff too. I was beaten by bed bugs. I e-mail this pictures to the manager at pistilli. I am not the only one who is filling a complain against them in housing. They have to control the bed bug situation and give the service a tenant deserves. I don't get it , if we paid the rent on time and we are good tenant, than why can we get a good service. We thought we were coming to a new building without the problems of the older buildings, but the problem is not the building its the Pistilli owner. All they care is about money , and how to keep peoples security. in their bank accounts.
