A couple of weeks ago, me and my wife were looking for an apartment in the area, Astoria. For the first day, I lined up Five apartments which I found via rental agencies. All of them made me extremely disappointed. Then we ended up meeting with Paris from DAXS. He was the first out of all brokers that we met that was genuine. He was sincerely interested in finding us a decent apartment to live in, instead of wasting our time showing us apartments. He knew, we weren't worth seeing. Overall my experience with this place is superb. Paris is genius, Thanks dude.

I met with Nick and found him to be totally helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was early for our appointment, was *incredibly* nice to my dog, and had some good tips for finding a dog friendly apt in the area. I'd definitely work with him again!

If you want honesty and a fun time finding a rental apartment in Astoria, go in and ask for Nick. He took his time with us, did late viewings, listened and got to know us. We would definitely recommend him to any of are friends !

We were looking for an apt to rent and really liked working with Demetris. He is helpful, accommodating and super easy to work with. He mailed our deposit right away when the apt that we wanted didn't follow through. In the end we did not get an apt with him due to limited options. But we were impress with the attention we received at DAXS REAL ESTATE.
