I love pinkberry it's so light and fresh. This location can get a little crowded but overall service is great.

I like pinkberrry but I don't know why it's such a big deal. The yogurt was a little too tart and the customer service was a bit sour to say to the least. They really need to keep the fan on in this location because it was smelling like sweaty kids and that is not pleasant when you want to eat anything.

Yogurt was good. Fruits were fresh.
However, in terms of operations, the institution has the queue completely backwards, which plugs up the entryway. The staff was particularly rude, getting more and more snippy with each added topping.
