Pine Belt Nissan of Keyport

I bought Nissan Rogue 2016 SL last week from this dealership. I am really very impressed with the sales, professional negotiation and courtesy shown by the team.

Previously i have visited various dealership and faced very unprofessional behavior in sales negotiation. However this dealership made my experience smooth and enjoyable.

Good for sales, lousy for service. Sales process was very pleasant and transparent. No games. Salesperson was very honest. I was able to negotiate a great cash deal on a new 2015 Altima SL loaded. It has been an excellent car! Had at least 3 unsatisfactory experiences in service, so I no longer get my vehicle serviced there. I reported the incidents to the service manager via phone and Nissan corporate via the e-mailed survey. No resolutions or action taken. Would recommend finding a good, honest independent repair shop for service. They are simply too unorganized. The service greeters and service writers don't seem to be trained properly on efficiency or customer service. When I got my car back with a floor board full of leaves (the technician cleared out the HVAC blower motor and another employee was supposed to vacuum it but never did), that was the last straw.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Lamont was the BEST. He knows every feature about the cars. I was there several times and test drove 3 times before deciding ---he was very patient. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was nice, not pushy and very respectful. I would recommend this dealership and especially Lamont when purchasing a Nissan.

When my twin daughters wanted to buy their new cars, I could not believe how easy it was at PineBelt. Rich and his team are such a pleasure to deal with. I never imagined that from a car dealer.
Lamont, our salesman, was such a friendly, honest guy. He took his time showing my girls all the cars and features. smiling the whole time. Rich and his Team at PineBelt Nissan have taken all of the stress out of the car buying experience. Great Job!
