Horrible and hope they soon are shut down for good bad services no class nor respect or patience with services provided and a very distributing atmosphere I truly wish I never stepped foot in such disgrace however things happen and you have to handle them... However hospital are more suitable...this place is a nightmare

Horrible experience! Protesters stood outside in front of the clinic with pictures of (dead and/or aborted babies). There was a police officer who stood there I assume to protect the women walking in. I arrived early, watched women walk up, drive up and or Uber/Taxi service. Then all of a sudden women started forming a line outside. At 8:00AM the door open and the women rushed to get in. When you reach inside you become "a Number" not a person, so all of those ladies that rushed to get online outside and ran upstairs must have been there before because I was clueless. I took my time and went in. So even though I was the first one there I received a high number and had to wait because the other ladies new something I didn't. The staff was cold, rude and judgmental. No procedural information explanation was provided and know one cared. I looked around and observed the customers that were there, and became instantly depressed BUT I'm sure you've heard that DESPERATE TIMES CALLS FOR DESPERATE MEASURES. This was a desperate time for me. I guess as long as you have the money, you get the service. Don't expect nothing more but to pay be served and leave. I would recommend a hospital for anyone if it's a option.

I went here for a surgical abortion. I first went to a upscale clinic in morristown recommended to me by my private doctor, but I was past 16 weeks and that facility won't go past 16 weeks. I called several facilities and Pilgram was the closest one where they could take care of me at past 16 weeks. My private gyn recommended a place down by Cherry Hill, but it was too far for me to travel. I regret that decision.

Compared to the other facility I first went to, this place is a dump. It is hard to believe this is a medical establishment at all. I felt like I was going to catch hepatits just sitting on the exam table. The doctor was a creep, but the nurse was nice and she told me he specialized in 2nd trimester abortions. I should ahve left, but I wanted to get it over with.

I left in a lot of pain and wound up needing to go to the local ER. He left "parts" behind and I was told I could have bled to death if I had delayed going to the emergency room. When they called the clinic to get information on me from the ER, they refused to provide any information and the doctor wouldn't speak to the ER doctor.

Terrible place. Go anywhere but here, it worth going to Cherry Hill or one of the clinics in Manahttan that do 2nd trimester abortions before going to these butchers!
