I really like Pilates and doing it with Gina is a great experience! I always got bored in gyms but Pilates is different: it is a lot about focus, balance and working on your core ...you feel immediately great effects on your body.
I strongly recommend it..

Gina is a great teacher and coach. Even as she trains a group she is very fastidious, attentive to each minute move as you learn. Her training sessions are so rigorous, not a moment is wasted and you can see results in a few classes.
