Instructors were knowledgable and friendly, they knew exactly how to help you and were very accommodating. They also knew what they were doing and were very passionate about teaching. Overall facilities are fantastic, the equipment is clean and there is enough space for everyone. A great experience for beginners! I would come back again for another class!

Pilates Bodies is an incredible, clean and quaint facility with great instructors and amazing classes. I love the pilates reformer class. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I called one afternoon asking about stretching I can do before and after a reformer class and Blair gave me an entire repertoire of exercises I can do right over the phone. A great studio for beginners and advanced alike and a godsend location for all the Queens-based pilates obsessed.
