Picture People

First experience at Picture People. The photographer had deleted some of the pics without even showing us what they clicked at the session. We had to redo the session for few more pics. The picture composition is absolutely unacceptable. Some pics have our arms cut off and in some of them my son is not in the frame completely.Thus is not professional photography

I don't know who has been here--we have had several wonderful experiences. The photography has each one been better than the one before it and they have been stellar. They have been great with our 3 year old--getting more beautiful pictures from her.

One of the fucked up places, photographer was good, but there was a guy Stephen who was acting up. In the past our kids and family took pics and they edited the pics light hair trimming etc without issues. But this guy Stephen wanted to charge us for editing the pics. Seriously..and they they didn't have any written policy anywhere to show how much or why they would charge.. .haha..! I don't know if skin color matters. But it's sad.

The staff is pathetic and have no professional courtesy. You raise an issue with them and instead of apologizing and investigating they will start giving absurd explanations, like 'printer not working', 'we never said this'. I went for passport pictures for my family considering they are professionals and that I would save time and get quality service. I could have gone to CVS or Walmart that are much economical. After waiting for a while they came told me they are cutting the pictures. After 30 more minutes of wait they again told me they were cutting the pictures and their printer was not working before. When I raised my concern, they just did not have any courtesy of apologizing or checking what was going on. After a few minutes they said they are reprinting now. Then suddenly they came out with the pictures. My head is tilted in the pictures. I would never go to them again. I decided to throw the pictures in the trash and retake them somewhere else to save any issue with authorities. I paid them $107 for passport pictures for four of my family members with this service.
It seems they have no professional manager on store and the inexperienced staff not sure of how to handle customers with care

Everyone was nice, but there are several issues here.

1) Completely overbooked. Appt. 1:20, we arrived at 1:05. Shoot started at 2:00
2) had to be over 80 degrees which isn't fun when you're dressed for your Christmas card shoot with long sleeved shirts and sweaters
3) rushed shoot, which while I understand you have other customers we had to wait over an hour just to view the pictures much less pick out photos and get pictures.
4) The store is way too small with a poor layout to accomadate all of the people they were trying to take care of.

The wait and heat led to my 3 young children being "less than cooperative" when it came photo time as well which led to bad/unusable pictures. Also, not one other customer was happy that was there. I am happy to say this is my family's last visit to Picture People.
