This guy was so rude to me! I was a returning customer who paid $230 to have a piece framed. I was told it would take 7-10 days to be finished. When I showed up 11 days later, he treated me as if it was my fault for showing up when it wasn't done. He even yelled at me in front of another prospective customer! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I will never go here again.

Picture Framing Outlet saved me when I was in a bind. I'd ordered frames from an online dealer that required assembly with power tools (a fact I was oblivious to when ordering). I gave it my best and after an hour without progress decided to call a local framing shop to see if thy could lend a hand. Tammy deftly assembled all my frames, taking care to clean them and even cut a new mat for one piece when the previously purchased option was the wrong size. Pleasant, efficient, reasonably priced, and clearly invested in doing a job well done.

Absolutely terrible. One article was wrapped so poorly that the glass broke before I got home; another hand-painted work on fabric had to be redone at additional cost because he misjudged the job. After redoing it, the frame pattern didn't match at the corners and the glass broke due to the bad wrap job! He refused tot wrap both pieces with sufficient protection to prevent damage although asked to do so. A bad experience all around. DO NOT USE the 1615 Art Gallery at 1615 2nd Ave.
