Ordered an egg and cheese, received an egg/bacon/cheese. Then ordered a ham and cheese, received an untoasted bagel with cold cheese and cold ham - who wants an untoasted bagel with cold meat and cold American cheese?!?! When I asked why I was charged $10 for a cold ham/cheese when the sign said $6 for a hot egg/ham/cheese, she said that's not what I ordered. I then asked why the receipt said "fired" for a cold sandwich I supposedly ordered? All they did was give me attitude and yell at me. The Pick A Bagel on Lexington is FAR better.

I'm a long time customer. Overall the food is quite good, the prices are quite reasonable, and they just remodeled the seating area. The pizza is probably the best kosher brick oven pizza I have ever had! The will also accommodate any special orders you may have. The are all very friendly and are open late and they also deliver. Highly recommended !!

Let me be clear. If it wasnt because of the location my husband and I would have walked right out. We wanted a cup of iced latte on what seems to be one of the first nice days of the year. The older gentleman behind the counter acted like they were doing us a favor. I wasnt ordering a complicated sandwich, just two small iced lattes. For 9 dollars. For that price just make the drink with no attitude on the side. No wonder it was 90% empty. 0/10 would never go again.

Just got me a plain bagel with cream cheese and large coffee Paid $5.43. Bagel was good. Coffee is ok. Im colombian.
