The cashiers are polite but the people who take hour order seem incapable of getting it right. I listed to one of them repeat my order back as I'm giving it, and scrambled eggs turned into fried and bacon turned into sausage. I've had better pick a bagel

Only vegan item is soymilk. Coffee is just OK, but $2.25. Won't bother with bagels since they told me even the 2 "veggie" cream cheese spreads, one says "tofu", all have dairy in them. Pointless.

We ordered pretty regularly from here for a while, but after they sent the wrong items/left items out two weeks in a row, we're done with them. Lots of bagels on the Upper West, Pick a Bagel; better get it right!

Breakfast food is a good grab and go. A bit pricey. I like the breakfast burrito.

I ordered a bagel with regular cream cheese. The bagel was fresh and pretty good but the thing that bothered me was that the guy who prepped my bagel used the same knife to cut my bagel with a bagel he must have prepped before mine. i had strawberry cream cheese lingered all over on my bagel and cream cheese. That type of crap really bothers me. I mean come on...just wipe the damn knife off at least!
