I have never been more disappointed with the ethics of a business than I was today. I came for a repair that was done in less than 1 hour and left with a $450 bill. A simple part replacement. Bad idle air control valve. Mark charged me DOUBLE for the part than it would have cost me to buy from a parts store. A 100% markup because he's "in the business of selling parts and labor".

Unless you want to be price-gouged, do not come to this shop. Mark tried to justify this by telling me what the retail price of the part was 20 YEARS AGO. NO ONE IS PAYING $400 FOR THIS PART. ESPECIALLY NOT AN AUTO SHOP. I've been to dozens of shops on the east coast and have never seen anything this bad and dishonest.

Was offered a $50 deduction on the total as a "courtesy". Completely ripped off.

Great service, great price, quick turnaround. He even dropped me off at work!

Had my windshield smashed and need a replacement within a day or two. I called around many auto centers in the area and Mark was the only one who said he could do it for me in time. I met with him, and there were complications with delivering some of the parts. He drove to get the parts himself because he had told me it would be ready no matter what. He is great! You won't get that type of personal service with any one else!

The best automotive service I've ever worked with. Highly recommend for any repairs on your vehicle. They worked on my car and walked me through every step in detail, multiple times. Excellent customer service. Mark, the owner, is very experienced and prices very reasonably. I will definitely work with him again in the future.
