Cake donuts in an old school diner setting. My preference is for yeast risen donuts but if cake donuts are your jam, you can't go wrong here. No fancy flavors, just classics like chocolate and red velvet, for about a dollar a piece. Ask for a donut ice cream sandwich in the summer.

This place has great donuts. They're not fancypants donuts, just down-home, good donuts. If you want a hibiscus-orange donut with lavender sprinkles you should go somewhere else. If you want a nice, warm, delicious old fashioned glazed donut, or maybe a boston cream or chocolate frosted, this is your place.

Delicious donuts but make sure you get there early. My friends and I absolutely love Peter Pan donuts. These are some of the best donuts you will find in the city and definitely worth the trip to Williamsburg.

Cash only! I love the olden days vibe at this donut joint (it's actually a bakery and they do carry other pastries, but donut is what it's famous for) - from the decor to the staff uniform, it's got a nostalgia factor. The price here is also cheap, and the donut size is quite big. The donut itself was good, but didn't quite live up to the hype. Most of the ones I tried was overly sweet for my liking, although the texture was nice and spongey. My favorites here were the eclair, strawberry jam donut, and red velvet crumb donut.
Tip: If you're dining in, you can skip the take out line and order at the seat instead.

I love this place. Do try the various donut flavors but my favorites are red velvet and cinnamon-coated cruller. Their coffee is very nice as well so make sure to have a seat and enjoy the donut with coffee! No frills, old fashioned coffee shop vibe is sweet.
