Never use this company. This company was sent as part of my warranty with the Bosch appliance I bought. Was supposed to call in advance and did not and then refused to work on the machine since it was double stacked. When I asked him to go through the cycles with me - the tech said - read you manual. I said that I was not asking for instructions but to test the machine. His tech said what are you "stupid" read your manual. Then he bills me and turns it over to collections. When it hits my credit report - if it does, I will be turning it over to my attorney to file a complaint and he can come to court with a lawyer to explain his business. Save yourself problems - don't use this company. Save yourself grief. I see the other reviews and I wish I had checked before I allowed them to come out....

HORRIBLE experience!! Someone came out did not even touch the appliance and said it needed this and that (with in 3 secs) or we can get you a new one.
PS - i had another local guy come out, half the price and all that was needed was a $30 part.
BE CAREFUL - SCAM!!

Service technician admitted he did not know much about Bosch dishwasher he was sent to repair. Spent two hours and did not accomplish anything.Try another outfit.
