I'm wondering about this website, and the Huge numbers of Colognes and Perfumes that there's Only Person Or Small Family ... if he/she got sick or went vacation, there no one to assist you :)) So if you placed an order With Expedite Shipping, , you have to wait at least 3 days to see it marked as shipped "That's IF God Loves You " so don't waste your time and Bother them, no one gonna answer your phone or message.

Still haven't recieved my order. Called the phone number listed on web page and no answer. called number on bank statement, no answer. same experience as other customer. Tracked down a different number and was told will transfer me to the proper department and no one answers. website from google shows some backstreet alley looking place. There are NO DEPARTMENTS. just a tiny storefront clearly run by amateurs. I wish I would have looked them up before ordering. Took my money and I have nothing. In process of disputing charges with bank. Buy elsewhere.

I placed my order a little over a week ago. It came as promised 3 days ago. I am satisfied with the product and delivery. I intend to order again, hopefully with another good experience.

Order #637372 I placed this order almost a month ago (Dec 17th) as a Christmas gift for my mom. One week after Christmas I received an email saying it was on back order and I could wait another week to see if it came in or I could get a refund. I chose to wait and never heard anything back. I called on Jan 11th and they still don't have it in. I asked for a refund and was told it had to go to billing and they would send me a email confirming my refund. I still have not received an email or my money back or any type of communication. This is the worst experience ever and I will NEVER do business with these people again. This has taken so long it's almost my mom's birthday at this point. The website says the money will be processed when item is shipped, so why did they process the money knowing the item wasn't in stock?! SHADY

Order #634672. Ordered the largest size of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue on November 30 during a cyber monday sale. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my order. After 15 days of waiting it arrived damages (perfume wrap was open and it looked like perfume was slightly used, had fingermarks all over the top), I said things happen, contacted customer service and received a return label, shipped the item and within 3 days return was on their hands. I have e-mailed, called (with no success, called 3 times and I gave up after 40 min hold time), just to get an answer yes your replacement will be shipped within 24 hours. LJ shipped a replacement after almost 2 weeks, I sent several emails, all I got was the same lie as an answer (24 hours), now my item is expected to arrive on December 26 (great), almost a month after I ordered the item. It's been the most frustrating and worst online shopping experience in my life, I've shopped online for 5 years now with no issues until this. Just do your self a favor and shop somewhere else.
