Soleman is hands down their best. He is very helpful and polite.

I was trying to use their (fast) oil change service. I called to schedule appointment. The guy name Israel advice me to come in while there is no wait time. He did ask for a telephone number to pull up account info and car keys. I went shopping to the next store. After 40+ minutes I came back to find out that my car still at the parking space where I left it. Not sure if Israel knows what is customer service is, but he just advice me that it is not ready and there is nothing he can do. If you don't want to spend all day waiting for your repair do not use their service.

Umm tires are amazing but after spending over $800 I would've expected the rims to be at least hosed down. Tires and rims looked really dirty.

subpar service every time i go there. from the wait time of the service department, the lack of professionalism of the management and scarcity of knowledgeable staff; this is just from the store itself. tried to contact customer service over the phone and they have you on hold for an indefinite amount of time or simply do not pick up.

Rey Rivera in the tire section hooked me up with a great tire deal. He was also able to put in a price match from Sears. Also saved me money by purchasing the tires and installing them at the same place. On top of that, paterson also has 3.5% sales tax compared to the 7% percent outside. Lastly, i was able to get a $50 rebate on the tires. Thus very happy on the deal i got. Overall, Rey did a great job and was very open and took the time to listen to our concerns/questions/comments. Ask for Rey when you visit and he will definitely get you a good deal. He is also an assistant manager and they should definitely give him a promotion. Overall no real complaints as my tire transaction and installation went great. The only reason why i give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that they can't take a gift card/credit card over the phone and thus had to make two trips to the store (one to buy the tires and then another to install.) Yet, i will definitely work with Rey again in the near future for the tires on my other vehicle.

Also, make sure you do all your homework before heading out to any store in regards to work need on your vehicle whether it be installation, purchases, and so forth. Make calls to various stores/retailers and ask questions especially when it comes to parts, prices, repairs, and tires for vehicles. I can't comment on the other services this store provides, but my tire purchase and installation was great with the help of Rey.
