Went there at 9am on a Monday morning without an appointment. There were 3 cars ahead of me (maybe being worked on already). I was out of there in about one hour with a synthetic oil change at a much better price than at the dealership. Just a hint for all customers: If your service package states that it comes with a free tire rotation, remember that you typically have to ask for it otherwise it will not be done (Pretty much true for all service stations). Would definitely come back here again.

In @ 8, two cars ahead of mines, 6 mechanics, 2 associates at the front desk, 2 hours to diagnose and I had to go up to the desk to find out the problem. Another 2 1/2 hours to install a starter and another 15 minutes wating for Ali to get the paper work that he prepares to start the job. Out @ 12:45

Great mechanics, awesome customer service, and even better prices. I come here every time something in my car goes wrong with the assurance that they are going to get the job done, and done right. Thanks guys!

Said open til 9pm on the Web and google and black dude says 8pm it was 8:04.. smh... a white guy would have said ok typical Black ppl for ya.

We have been taking our vehicle to this location for a little over a year now and have always experienced great customer service. Cornell, Garfield, Troy and staff has kept our vehicle road worthy. They patiently listened to our concerns and were able to locate and fix issues with the vehicle in a timely fashion. Kudos to Pepboys/Hempstead. Cornell, Garfield, Troy and staff, you are superfantastic
