remon jacoub is a crook used the old bait and switch con with my weekly rental then wouldn't even provide me with a number to speak with someone in a higher position I have all emails on record I will be opening a lawsuit against Penske would never recommend these crooks to anyone

Terrible service, rude employees, dirty vehicles. They made me stand outside in the rain 3 hours waiting for service. Don't understand how anyone can use them.

Worst Experience Ever. Stay away from Mike Rivera. Charged me for Wrong Mileages & for Diesel i didn't even used. Never going back there again.
