This is our 4th consecutive Toyota from Penn, but this experience was by far the best. Working with Shaun Banks made this process as easy as could be. He was knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious and ANYTHING but pushy or demeaning. He made the deal work within our desired price range, kept us in contact, and didn't waste our valuable time. As a busy family with kids, Shaun's consideration made a big difference. If you need a car, see Shaun. He is worth making a trip to Penn.

Our first Toyota was purchased at Penn Toyota, and it was the best car buying experience we had ever had. We knew that eventually when we needed another car we would go back there. Little did we realize that one year later we would be expecting twins (!!) and would be heading back to Penn to trade in our one-year-old car for a bigger vehicle. Chris, Tom, Kelly, and the whole Penn family took great care of us quickly and easily once again. We are customers for life.

Looked for a car for over a month, went to 3-4 different dealerships. Had a really bad experience at Atlantic Toyota in Amityville.(STAY AWAY FROM AMITYVILLE TOYOTA) Received a call from my girl Emily at Penn Toyota, set an appointment, the next day I put money down on the car that i had searched for. My salesperson was Shamus M. Awesome guy super relaxed, definitely not pushy. Got an awesome deal, nice car. Would definitely recommend these people to anybody. If you need a new car and a reasonable price go see my boy Shamus, he'll hook you up!

Frank, best manager to make business with.Finance person, very professional, friendly,and makes sure you understand every document you are signing. Overall, you can trust Penn Toyota NO HIDDEN FEES!!!! like other dealers I went to. This dealer, especially the sales person Alan Lu,very straight forward!!!! Really recommend it.. If I would have known before, I wouldn't have wasted so much time going to so many dealers....love my Camry......

it was a pleasure to deal with the folks at Penn, especially Manny and Ryan!
We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle plus a bumper-to-bumper care package that was a great deal, and we're very pleased with the car and the pleasant service!
The price was great and we got an excellent trade-in price we for our used vehicle.
it was so easy! We came in on a Sunday afternoon and went home with our new car the next day!
