Dr. Harlow is amazing and all the nurses are so kind. Have been going there for 17 years and have never had a bad visit. Very caring staff for my son's unique needs and always follow up.

I've been taking my son for the past 3 years to this practice and we absoultely love Dr. J. Wong. He is wonderful, knowledgable, down to earth and always willing to listen and spend extra time with us. The downfalls of this practice is that it takes forever to get an appointment...sometimes you might have to even wait over a month, it's hard to reach someone when you really need them, the doc says one thing (such as call next week to get the flu shot) and when you call the front staff insist that there are no appointments, no flu shots, nothing...The are not friendly at all and do not accomidate you if you have a special need. I really wish the docs would re-evaluate their front staff before they damage the repuatation of the practice.

One more thing, parking can be nearly impossible at certain times.

Good: Doctors are very proffessional, nice, and friendly.

Bad: Everything else

I dont know why I did buisness with them for so long. The nurses are bad and the receptionist are the meanest witches.

They will put you in the examination room and have you wait a long time. The nurses dont lissen to your concerns. They are always in a rush. Last time I was there I tried asking a question after she had already given my child his immunization shots. Forget about it, she was like yeah yeah yeah on her way out the door. I took all 3 of my children there, the eldest being 5. I would say that almost 50% of the time the nurses were mean and almost aways in a rush.

The receptionist are the meanest people you will ever meet. They are ALWAYS MEAN. I don't know what there problem is. Last fall we were at the office talking to the doctor about H1N1, he said he just got a shipment in today for the H1N1 shots and that we should make an appointment with the receptionest right away because they go quick. So on our way out we stop by the desk to make an appointment and they said they didn't have have it, they acted like they where hoarding the vaccines for themselves and who ever they felt was worthy enough.

Billing, they nickle and dime you for everything. Even if your balance is paid they keep sending you payment due notifications in the mail. They'll have your baby/toddlers go for hearing and eye tests that is stupid in my opinion and charge you because its not covered under insurance. They will charge you for missing appointments. What a copy of your record, its $1.00 a page, 10 dollar minum, and it could take up to 30 days! 15 dollar charge for this and that. If your school needs a immunization form filled out, there is a charge. Need a copy of the last physical, nope, bring in your child, pay the co-pay, get a new history and physical and then pay for a copy of the paperwork.

The doctors are nice, too nice in fact that they let the receptionist and the nurses run the show. Do yourself a favor and find another doctors office for your child.
