Wish I could give them zero stars but that does not seem to be an option. Was referred to them by the manufacturer of the PC for repair work out of warranty. When you walk it, it looks like a cheap run shop. Left my laptop with them. Said the problem was the motherboard. 3 Months later still not repaired, kept calling and calling. Finally was told they were having problems getting the board. Not sure why, I got one. Dropped it off, next day they said they put the new board in, and the unit was working. Bring it home and it has the same problem. Best of all, I tagged the board I dropped off, and when I looked at the one they gave me back, they never installed the new one. They charged me over $100, had my unit for over three months and didn't do the work or fix it. When I called, they answer was too bad. Run from this shop....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. You will be sorry.

Quite a Good Service, fast and honest. Maybe asked too many question but got answer most of all. They know what problem is and how to solve it.

This used to be a bustling retail location along the lines of a CompUSA operation. I thought for a long while that someone had neglected to take the sign down. It looks so dark from the road. When I did stop in, the interior still would have you think you were in a backroom of a repair facility. But apparently the zero frills replaced ambiance with no nonsense technical support, and they coupled that with that lost art of good communication. The staff will talk to you at length - its certainly quiet enough to afford the time. They debunk myths and other retailers sales come ons. If you are not married to bells and whistles, or need enough power to launch the Space Shuttle, you can find good equipment at a great price to get you up and running.

It is mostly refurbished PCs, but these guys have worked them over and stand behind them. I was looking for a basic PC to get my kindergartners into computing and ended up with two CPUs at less than $300 that are now the fastest in my house! One even has a DVD writer. I am behind the cutting edge, but who needs to split an atom from the comfort of their living room? It beats a netbook at a fraction of the cost. Most of us can go online from our phones...do we need laptops anymore?

Check them out - you just have to look closely...from the road it doesnt even look as though lights are on in the place!

This is a great store for a true techie/geek. They actually do repairs in-house which is rare these days. And the staff knows what they are talking about. They have a varied selection that beats Best Buy by a mile.
