I purchased engineered flooring, Alta Vista, Hallmark flooring from PC Wood Flooring back in 2013, after being hit with Hurricane Sandy. The floors immediately started chipping and shown wear as if they have been heavily used for 20 years. Chunks of the flooring chips off and gets snagged on the socks. My daughter got a big piece of wood on her foot and had to be taken to the doctor.
I have been communicating with Joe from PC for the past 3 years, still no solution for these horrible flooring. I would like some solution for this flooring.

I always shop in my wood floors it is very nice he is best and price is best in service and I recommend everyone should go by there your floors floors all the best

Flooring just 2 months old and had many problems. I felt the flooring was defective. All I wanted was someone to come and inspect flooring. After MUCH communication, Noah, from PC Wood Floors tells me I MUST PAY for inspection if jobsite. NO WHERE in warranty is this stated. Now after 4+ months my flooring looks like it is 5 yrs old.
They do have nice wood floors BUT just hope that you don't have problems.
ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE THAT CHANCE????
