Pavilion Apartments

Old building. Fire alarms every other night. When I moved out after 3 years, they sent a bill justifying why they have claimed my entire deposit when I left the apartment as clean as possible after considering 3 year normal depreciation. That's thoroughly unprofessional. Won't recommend.

ZERO STARS!!!!!Very unprofessional. I've been fighting with Aplha Management as well as Kettler Management regarding one of their former employee regarding taking my rental payment and never putting it in my account. I received a phone call from the Postmaster General regarding my money order on Saturday and now they are treating it as fraud. Im now evicted out of my home after receiving a lease renewal because at this point CARMEN LUNA STOLE MONEY FROM ME!!!

DON'T SELECT THIS APARTMENT it is very bad apartments and worst managment, I had a bad experience with this Pavilion apartments it looks nice on the pic and website but once you move in it is hot as hell with those big glassy windows and AC couldn't work, very hot and sunny apartments, my car windshield broken two times on the street because there was no parking available inside and they have waiting list for it, once I moved out they didnt return my security deposit for two months I was keep calling them every week to know when I will get my security deposit they were telling me it is already mailed out you should receive it soon, after two months I received letter and it deduct all my security deposit for non sense reason and send me nothing,,,, worst experince in my life,

Pavilion been excellent in the 8 months I have been here. The service has been on point and they have always been pleasant to work with. The security guards and maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. The gym in the A building is clean. The laundry room is as well. Some more tables in the laundry room would be nice but that not something that would bring down the rating.

The management service is too bad. They are saying that they don't have any responsibilities and so so. They don't care about their residents. very very poor service I am having from first day. I don't want to give them one start also. Manager is not taking responsibilities as well. I HATE this apartment.
