Our experience with John could not have gone better. He was referred to me by a colleague with a glowing recommendation, and it turns out she was right. Each night of my vacation John sent me photos and even little videos of my baby boy, along with a detailed report of his care for that day—frequent walks, trips to the park, supervised playtime with just one or two other SMALL dogs in a calm, quiet environment... you just don't get that kind of personalized care at a big, loud, overcrowded kennel! And John made my life easier by providing pickup and drop-off service, at no extra cost. So when my husband and I returned home after a long day of traveling my dog was right there waiting for me—clean, well-rested, healthy, and happy. Awesome service, A+++.

My dog and I both love PHPC. John lives very close by, and he's always able to provide care at off hours. With my crazy work schedule where I often have to work late unexpectedly, that is essential. Highly recommended.
