My favorite South Slope delivery pizza. The Pulled Mozzarella might be the best delivery pizza I've ever had.

I don't understand how this place has such a low rating. This is probably one of the best slices in the city! I have 25 years experience in this field. Total neighborhood gem.

This review is for their tacos.

Tacos at a pizza parlor you say? Well yeah. They do tacos. And I know tacos a lot better than I know pizza. This is directly due to me enjoying tacos more than pizza and thus eating more but yeah.

While talking about the food, it's important to first think about the timing. I was in the need of a late-night taco. Come to think of it, I'm always in the need of a late-night taco, but I on this night, I was by Pauline & Sharon's. So I went in.

The guy there had a pie in the oven, and was kind of waiting for it to finish. I asked for a taco. He made it without saying anything, and got all the ingredients (which had been packed away for the night) from the little work station.

I appreciated the fact that he got all the stuff out for me after having put it away, though I wonder how old it was. The tortillas were put in the pizza oven to cook, and the tinga separately. While I like a grilled tortilla when done on an outside BBQ, it didn't quite work from the pizza oven. The tinga itself didn't have much taste either, which was disappointing.
