They also provided advice to how to handle any other damages in the house. They also provided extra assistance to other things that were not on the contract. Paul Davis was recommended by my insurance company to restore our basement after a flood. The project manager, John N., was absolutely terrific to work with & very professional. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but I felt like he was willing to fix & work with me on what needed to be done. Even after I signed off on the work, I found something that needed to be redone & he is sending someone in to do the touch up. Flooring work was guaranteed for a year. Because I work full-time, I was very concerned about having my kids & my dog (who was post-surgery!) with the crew. We used a lockbox for them to get in. John made me feel very comfortable with them & was on site several times to ensure everything was fine.
