- Terrible #103605

I was new to US and this is my first filing. He charged a premium and said, that he will take care of everything along with follow ups and ensure the refund is received. Its 2 months and I tried reaching him a few times. Looks like they dont care at all. Am not sure, am yet to see my refund... I think I made a mistake.
