Ok place. Nice building

I called today for a general questions. James at the switchboard operator was very helpful and polite. He explained who i needed to call directly and gave me the full spelling of their name. Thank you James.

We went there today parked right next to the entrance and received a very fast service.Our case worker Mrs.Wade was very polite friendly and smiling.Appointment was at 1:15 pm no delays 1:30 we're finished.Good work.Also we had a question about another program in the same building and ladies accepted us directly without the appointment,answered all our questions advised us what papers we should have on hands to receive over benefits and signed us for next available date.It was our second visit to this office can't complain,people are doing good job as much as they can. Thanx again.

They did not send a letter saying my food stamps were shut off.
They are not picking up the phone.
So now I don't know if it is a glitch in the system or them just shutting me off, however they should have sent a letter warning me. The last letter they sent me was a letter saying that they were lowering my food stamps to $80ish dollars.

I don't get why the hell they are not picking up... Been trying ever since 12 and it is 1:11. I have other things to do in my life other than waiting for them to pick up the darn phone!

at 1:13 they picked up and I said what I had to, but after I told her, she transferred me... Now I am waiting for someone else to pick up... /sigh.

At 1:21 I got DCed.... Guess my call isn't that important... I really need to find out wtf is going on... DAMN

1:27 got someone to patch me into my case worker, however still no answer because I had to leave a message... This is what you call premium help... smh...

I'm soooo tired of this place. I can never get a break when I come here. It's impossible to see my case worker because I need an appointment and or reason. But it's always funny that she can finally pick up the phone and call me once I contact her supervisor. Word of advice: get everyone's name, caseworker, her supervsor, they're supervisor, address, extention, number. You name it. That's how it's done.
