Best experience buying a vehicle ever!!! I was so please with the level of service and professionalism we received from all members of the Parkway Totaya Team. We researched a few vehicles online and were pleased so find them all in excellent condition, as advertised, at the dealership. Franco was especially helpful showing us the vehicle and its special features. He listened to our needs and wants and worked quickly to finalize our purchase. We left the dealership the same day with our new Sienna! The entire team went into stealth mode to help us take our Sienna home the same day we fell in love with it after the test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership!

We had certain limits as to what we could spend. Bob and Franco worked with us until we had the car we wanted at the financing we could afford. They took their time to explain in detail and answer any questions we had in a courteous and professional manner. Very knowledgeable and 'straight forward' car dealers... A pleasure to deal with. And, they were attentive and kind to our children.

I recently purchased a 2016 Tacoma from Bob Winograd, the General Sales Manager at Parkway Toyota. I have been dealing w/ Parkway for many years buying parts for my business but this was the first time I ordered a truck from them. Bob and his staff were very easy to deal with and even followed up w/ me after the purchase to make sure I was happy w/ the vehicle and their service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I highly recommend Bob and his sales staff and wish them continued success.

I can't speak highly enough of this dealership. Have been coming here for both cars and car service for more years than I can remember (easily 15 years!) And even though I moved from the area many years ago, this is THE only Toyota dealership I will buy/lease from - and service my Toyotas at.

We showed up with an appointment which we made as we were in the car on our way to the dealership and were told that they would be happy to see us. We sat down with sales rep Clinton, who was very friendly and completely absent of any sales pressure. He gladly arranged for a test drive and setup an evaluation of our trade-in so that we could determine where we stood with financing issues. We had a low rate car loan already arranged from our bank and we basically made an offer that was the same as the best price we could obtain via an internet pricing service and after enlisting Bob the sales manager they met the price. No haggling at all. Everything about the purchase was easy. We left with the car the next business day and the sales manager, Bob and sales rep Clinton were friendly and helpful from start to the drive off.
