Parkway Auto Collision

When I got into a car crash I was a wreck.
Luckily a friend of mine referred me to Parkway. I see why they won Best of NY.
Brian took care of everything. He biked over and picked up my car. Took care of everything quickly and painlessly. Now I'm back on the road.
I hope I never have to see that place again, but if I do need to get my car fixed it's good to know I have a guy.

Let's go Pros (-) & Cons(+)
-For starters, I was told my car would be ready in 9 days. 9 days turned into 30 (and thats with me applying pressure around the 25th day.)
-They did not replace nearly half the parts that my insurance company payed them to replace on my car.
-Poor workmanship (they replaced the hood and afterwards, the hood and bumper has a huge gap. I can fit my whole hand between the hood and the bumper without releasing the hood latch). The radiator assembly is loose (they never replaced it, though it was included in the adjuster's list.)
-When I finally got the call that my car was ready, it was returned with a broken key, the headlights were off centered (causing me to drive at night without being able to see any of the road) and the interior had grease marks on the console and headliner (which was not there when i had my car taken to them).

+They assisted me in saving $ on my deductible.
+They reimbursed me for the key that they damaged.
+Though my experience with Parkway Auto was less than desirable, I will say that Brian did reach out to me after noticing my dissatisfaction with the work, in efforts to rectify my issues. I may have just been one of the few consumers that had a bad experience with Parkway as Brian seems to be a stand up, consumer friendly guy.

I came to them after my car was side-swiped on a Monday morning. They not only agreed to take a look and give me an estimate, but also worked with the person who hit me in order to settle the entire situation without involving our insurance companies. I dropped my car off that following Wednesday, and by Saturday morning, my car was repaired. It honestly looks better than ever. Everyone there was considerate and helpful to me in my "time of need." I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle! Thanks, guys!
