Parken Carpet

We ordered our carpet through the Rosedale, NY store which was a good experience. We went through the process of having your installer come to our home and perform the lead test (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED) and he took measurements (WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE 30% MORE THAN PREVIOUSLY MEASURED??).We were contacted by the installer once the carpet was received. We had an appointment for between 9am and 11am. When we received the confirmation call, they then told us it was between 11 and 1pm! My husband and I both took off half a day of work to be here for the installers. So ...A) We were charged by the installer for a lead test WHICH NEVER HAPPEND, B), The installer either cannot do math or had us order WAY TOO MUCH CARPET
