I give 4 stars because I did have to wait a while to be seen when I arrived despite having made an appointment in advance.
The Doctor was very thorough and offered me excellent advice and facts about my eye condition. The doctor took her time to get to know my history before making any recommendations which was nice.

Dr. Bukhatetsky gave me a thorough exam and took the time to explain the science behind it. When I chose my glasses, the staff encouraged me to take my time and try a lot on. I found a pair I liked, and everything was covered by my insurance. I did not like that Dr. B was unfamiliar with alternative sources for buying contacts, such as discount websites; I felt slightly pressured to buy through his office. I did buy through them anyhow because they offered competitive discounts. I recommend the practice and I plan to return in the future.
