These guys are SCAM artists. Their houses do look nice but are literally pieced together and after about 1-2 years they literally fall apart. Be very very careful, as these guys cut any and all corners to save a buck. Check the insulation of ALL the walls as they did not put insulation in the entire rear wall of the house we bought from them causing a burst pipe in our building. I cant even begin to tell you the headache and money involved in that entire mess. The electrical was and plumbing were shotty at best. The actual wall to the building started to crumble away because instead of doing the brickwork the right way, they literally just painted over if. We ended up having to replace half of the wall due to leaking and rain/ water damage. Both of which we had to have extensive work done. There were so many problems I cant even count them. The thing is these guys know what they are doing. They know what inspectors look for and what they dont. An inspector will let you know if it is safe but he wont tell you if it will fall apart in 6 months time. If you see anything questionable, rest assured it will break or become an issue. Be very very very careful. They dont build these homes for living, they build these homes for flipping. The do seem very nice and talk a great game. Have no doubt, they are both nothing short of snakes.
