Great repair work and really nice guy. My fridge works better now than it did when I first moved in. Thanks for the last minute repair work when the landlord of my building couldn't even pull through! :)

The experience was terrible. I scheduled an appointment to fix an oven door two weeks in advance and confirmed the morning of the appointment, which was for 2 PM. At about 11:30, the technician called and said he wanted to come right away--which I said was impossible, since I was still at work. He hung up. I managed to get home at 1:30, called him, and told him he could come then. "No, stick to original time, and it will be $129." 2 PM came and went, and I called the main number again: "Oh, you're next on his list." 5 PM came and went--no appearance, and I called again. "You're still next on the list." That was the last I heard from them. The worst.

I have used Park Slope Appliance repair in the past. When I needed range repair they got the old stove like new in a half an hour. The price was very fair too. I would use them again.

My landlord recommended this service and I’m happy I called. I had my washer up and running the next day. The repair man from Park Slope Appliance Repair was very accommodating to my schedule and had my parts over-night right from the factory. Fast straightforward service, no complaints.

My washing machine and dishwasher were too old and both broke down within days of each other. I called Park Slope Appliance Repair located in Brooklyn, NY on Thursday, January, 31 and by the next day I had both appliances replaced and fitted at a very reasonable price, with excellent customer service. The repairman gave a very honest opinion on the fact it would be too costly to repair my old machines and would be financially beneficial to replace them. The deal we got on my new purchases was competitively priced and was exceptional value for money. They also took my old machines away at no extra cost. Very friendly and honest, and I would recommend Park Slope Appliance Repair services to everyone!
