Parked there for 3 hours to visit the Intrepid. Came to find my car got 3 scratches while in their possession, however I did not notice until I was back in NJ. I've leased this car so far for two years without a single ding, dent, or scratch. It took these people 180 minutes to change all that. Check your car thoroughly on pickup. I'm livid and should have inspected better.

Reasonable parking rates. Conveniently located parking garage. Park Right is close to the most visited places in NEW York like Javits Center, Yankee Stadium, Barclays Center etc.

Parked here for a cruise. The drop off procedure was very poorly handled. There was no one to drive us to the ship (that was why we chose this place). When we got off the ship, we called (as was suggested) so our car would be ready and the number we were given was not working. We rolled our bags 5 blocks to the garage. It was cheaper than parking on the pier but not enough to warrant the inconvenience. I gave it 3 stars because our car was safe and parked inside for the snowy week. But it was not at all convenient or worth the hassle.
