Park Plus Airport Parking - Newark Airport

Great service!! Delivery to and pick-up from the airport was quick!! It was snowing when I arrived and they cleaned the snow off my car!! Reasonably priced and I would definetely use them again!!

A solid value, lot is clean and secure. The service we impeccable and friendly. The price was lower than other valet services. I would caution you to carefully read the driving directions to get to their lot. It can be a bit hard to find, and the approach road isn't the nicest.

I always use park plus pull right in with reservation they help you with your luggage and wisk you away to the airport. Once you get used to navigating to there site you get the best rate and frankly the best service.

STAY AWAY! First, whoever thought this is easy to find is crazy. It's down a dirt road that says 'NO OUTLET'. No where on there directions sheet does it say you will be going down a road that has No Outlet on it. I drove in circles before I tried that road.

Main reason not to use them... shady... When I called to be picked up from airport to return for my car, my car happened to be running and waiting when I arrived. I thought, wow, good. I can pay and leave.
Well... I drive home and as I was driving, I noticed the car was idling low when I would come upon a stop sign or light. Then I looked at the clock. Time was wrong. I turned on the radio and all my stations were gone. Only way that can happen is with a DEAD BATTERY. It's quite obvious they did not turn the ignition fully off so the battery died. They then figured this out while on my return shuttle so kept the car running after it was jumped.

I wrote to them and waited days. NO RESPONSE! I will never use them again. Use The Parking Spot instead!

I had about $10 worth of change in the car that was stolen by one of the employees of Park Plus Airport Parking. What a bunch of crooks. Other than that, everything went smoothly. But, that is really low. Never park at this establishment!
