Park of the Americas

I grew up going to this park everyday after school ended. Daily trips for most of my childhood. I've seen it change dramatically over the last two decades and I think it's for the better. The baseball field was once empty, and now it's full of kids playing soccer. The fitness/calisthenics area is sometimes used for actual pull ups and workouts but generally is used for the adults to relax while their children play. The basketball courts are always packed and I wish they could somehow expand the park some more as the neighborhood has certainly become more populated. It'll still always hold a special place in my heart. I wish this park could get some more funding to improve the playground and the soccer field, and hopefully if the neighborhood begins to spread the word it'll receive the improvements soon enough.
