Dr. Salinas does more than just help he gives you guidance to help secure you are healthy for the future. I came to him with ongoing hip pain and he helped review my body for all relevant issues not just going straight to my hip. I work in the health & fitness community and he not only addressed my issues but taught me how to look for signs in my stability vs. mobility. DR. Salinas is above and beyond fantastic. I am a fairly active person I like trying all sorts of new activities including silks, archery, kickball, Kendo, anything that tickles my fancy. A little while back I was having some back problems and kept getting these weird pains in my right shoulder. I had never gone to a Chiropractor before so was a little skeptical of what to expect. Before I even went in for a consultation Dr. Salinas took the time to call me and spend at least 30-45min on the phone with me going over any and every question or concern I had. He really helped to put my mind at ease and make me feel confident in his work. When I went in for my consultation he was very thorough, extremely patient and just a pleasure to be around, making me laugh and feel very comfortable. After the initial visit he broke down everything making sure I understood what my problems were and how he was going to help fix them. It turns out I had some stability and mobility issues which explained a lot. Since Dr. Salinas my mobility and stability have both improved. I can now do a pull up on my silks, which FYI is a big deal for me especially since I’ve been doing silks for over a year and was never able to do a proper pull up. AWESOME!!!! The pain in my shoulder has greatly improved and I have notice the change in my ability and control when I do my silks.
