First I have to start by saying I had went to several plastic surgeons in NJ (I am from central Jersey) and was not satisfied with any of them. I was the referred to Dr. M by a friend who had a breast augmentation. I went for my consultation and was immediately pleased with the friendliness of the staff upon arrival, once I got to meet with Dr. M I was made to feel like he was a family member. I was very comfortable talking to him and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, not rushing me through any of it. I called frequently with even more questions and the Dr himself would return calls. On the day of my breast augmentation I was very nervous, near panic attack, and Dr. M once again calmed me down and his bedside manner was incredible. After surgery I did have an allergic reaction where I had broken out in hives and the staff at the surgery center was very attentive and fixed the problem. I was so pleased with the healing and the fact that I had no scars… literally NO scaring. My incisions were around my areolas. I followed the Dr.’s instructions exactly as he said and I used Mederma as soon as he said I could. I will say the only complaint I had with my breasts is the look very natural. I wanted rounder, harder looking ones and Dr M gave me very natural looking breasts which years later I know appreciate it.
About 6 months after my breast augmentation I went in to Dr. M again but this time to have liposuction done. Once again I received impeccable treatment. The surgery was done in office. Every moment I had someone by my side and Dr. M did a great job. No scars at all and no botched surgery. I followed his healing directions exactly as said. You have to massage the areas in the warm shower afterwards for quite some time so it doesn’t lump up (Tara Reid) and when you massage it hurts so you don’t want to but you have to.
Finally, about 5 years after my augmentation I had hardening in my right breast and called Dr M about it. He saw me immediately and it wasn’t anything he had done, it’s something that can happen when putting a foreign object in your body. What had happened was it had capsulated, which simply mean a hard capsule had formed around the breast. Dr. M gladly fixed the problem and once again I healed wonderfully with no scarring again.
I would also like to note on three separate occasions while waiting in the waiting area for my visits, a small child was brought in each time that was rushed in from a playground for Dr. M to treat. That has got to say something if people are trusting Dr M to perform emergency surgeries on their children’s faces.
I plan on returning to Dr. M for any further surgeries and he is the first and only plastic surgeon I would ever recommend.
