Gary is such an awesome guy. He helped me a lot during my experience with park avenue bridals. My wedding was supposed to be in June so I ordered my gown to come on February but then we changed the dates for our wedding to January and I needed the gown by mid December Gary made sure I got it first week of December and everything was adjusted by then. I'm a happy bride and I would recommend this place anytime

After unsuccessful visits to several stores for a Mother of the Bride dress I went to Park Avenue Bridals. It was perfect. They had several choices I liked and Cathy was a fantastic help in finding options. I went back with my daughter to get her opinion and made my choice. It arrived before the expected date, giving me plenty of time to have alterations. The fee was standard and I knew what it would be in advance. When I went back to try the dress on the dressmaker was excellent, helped me select the proper undergarments and was very efficient. with her measurements. When I went to pick up the dress it was perfect on the first try. I highly recommend Park Avenue Bridals. There is one thing I would recommend (and this is for all bridal shops). Obtain a larger swatch of material for color choices. A scarf sized piece could be placed near ones face and give a much more authentic picture of the suitability of the color. The current swatches are small and it is hard to discern if the color is appropriate with ones skin color.

Jean and everyone else at Park Avenue Bridals are absolutely amazing! My bridesmaids bought their dresses here and let me tell you, they were absolutely stunning! They offer a great variety of styles so if you're looking for a cute chiffon dress, or a sexy mermaid dress, they have all that and in between. Everyone that works there is super helpful and they will do whatever they can to make you happy! I HIGHLY recommend Park Avenue Bridals. Thank you so much to everyone for all your help! The dresses looked phenomenal!

Horrifying! I am a bride with geographical issues - 3 of my bridesmaids are in New England and 2 are in New Jersey. I ordered my Jasmine bridesmaids dresses from a store in New England and took my 2 New Jersey bridesmaids to Park Avenue Bridal to try on their Jasmine gowns and be sized to order from the same place as my New England girls did so they all would have dresses from the same dye batch. I went on two separate occasions to Park Avenue Bridal with each of my New Jersey girls. The first time, they measured my friend and all was well. The second time, they completely refused to measure my friend if we were not ordering bridesmaids dresses from them. They made us feel so incredibly uncomfortable and unwanted. I explained that my other New Jersey friend had been measured there two weeks before - they claimed the measurer must have not known we were not ordering there, but we assured them that the measurer knew. This issue must come up for other brides when all their friends do not live in the same area - Park Avenue Bridal apparently expects everyone to always order from them. The owner ultimately told his employees to measure her - but of course we don't trust those measurements whatsoever. This is supposed to be the happiest time of my life - I would have gone to Park Avenue Bridal for flower girl dresses/ mothers dresses, etc. I will never ever go here again, and I encourage other brides and bridesmaids to steer clear.

Please, don't go there! If you love yourself, don't go there!
Their customer service is not good.
I hate myself for stepping at that store.

Besides making the mistake of buying there, I let them do the alterations and my dress doesn't look like the same from when I first tried on. The top looks weird and looks like stones are missing.

They also refuse to adjust the dress to fit my body. They want to adjust the way they want (not me, the bride) and I have to keep arguing with them to adjust the way I want.

After you pay everything, certain fees start to show up, like a $100 fee to put spaghetti straps on the dress (straps that cost $2 at Jo-Ann). I offered to bring my own straps and they said it was ok. When brought the straps, they said they were going to charge me a fee to "cut" the straps.

It's been a terrible experience for me. I regret ever getting in touch with this store. They don't care about your special day nor making you feel special. I have been depressed and crying over my mistake for the past six months, They definitely ruined it for me.
