First let me start by saying I have NEVER written a review, good or bad, for anything so this is the worst, horrible experience I had to endure today!!
My family and I had the worst experience at this dealership. We were looking at a Toyota Sienna to purchase in full, in cash. We wanted to leave a deposit to start the process and get the money out of the bank etc. What ended the deal with this business was their customer service, the service was horrible!!! My dad needed translation (from english to spanish) and the girl (hispanic) writing all the documentations for the car was extremely rude. She kept responding to him in english while rolling her eyes the ENTIRE time and making zero eye contact with him. Whenever we had a question she responded with an attitude as if we were dumb. If this isn't bad enough, another worker (hispanic) entered the office and she spoke perfect spanish and continued to speak to my father in english knowing that he was struggling. I do not mind translating for my father or anyone BUT as a business you should be helpful to answer any questions a customer may have since we will be buying from your lot. Another example of the bad service was when my dad said that the tires were worn out, one of the sales man responded with "you do not have to buy the car". I wouldn't waste my time again in this dealership, instead we headed to Smart Auto Buy in Elizabeth NJ on route 1&9. The owners name is Ralph and he is awesome!!! He is an example of true customer service. I bought my car a week ago from him and today my dad bought his van. Do not waste your time coming here. All you'll receive is bad customer service and cars with a lot of problems.
