We went to other therapists and finally found Dr. Salvanto and her group. She spent the necessary time with us and then matched us with an therapist who our daughter is responding too. Our family wasn't happy that we went for outside help once again but now we are all pleased with the answers and support. They made us feel like family and not just patients, even reducing our fees when my husband lost is job. they go above and beyond.

We are very pleased with the services and felt everything was very clearly explained over the phone and then in writing for us. They allow for payments to be spread out, work with insurance and were NOT interested with the money but with helping our disabled son. We already have recommended this awesome group of professionals to other families who report being equally happy.

Not only did the office respond quickly but they were very nice and helpful on the phone prior to our meeting. My husband and I felt that we left the first session with hope and information. It's been a few months now and our son is happy with his counselor and so are we.

I was extremely disappointed by the first meeting and the service offered. The organization seems to be having the motive of making money only from their clients. They communicate differently about their rates etc to attract the client but change completely after the meeting and charge excessively.

They charged us 300 dollars for the initial visit of 40 minutes, which was supposed to be 175 dollars as per their earlier communication and rate posted in their website.

Besides this, the doctor did not seem very confident or learned about the disability of my child and could not propose any plan or treatment for the same, in the first meeting. The whole approach was very unprofessional and I doubt if they have any good therapist and counselors as they claim. I would never visit them again
