Paramus Medical Imaging

A friend of mine has been there twice, the waiting time is not good, the staff, I think are nice, the services as well as. The good think there is a plenty parking area.

We had appointment at 7:30pm. We arrived at 7pm. We waited 40m and asked how long we had to wait. They said that we have to wait 45m more. They didn't even apologize and they were very rude. Do not come here. This is the worst place you would ever go to take your MRI. If you decide to come here, come an hour after your appointment time. WORST SERVICE.

The facility it's self and the staff are generally excellent. I also found that the films from this facility are significantly clearer than other facilities. Unfortunately for me they were out of network and they don't tell you this up front in fact when I made an appointment I was told they take my insurance (they do just not in network), like many doctors offices their billing team isn't very helpful and really is about processing vs actually helping people. Their rates for out of network patients are also considerably higher than in network facilities, is is presumed to increase reimbursements, but after your insurance pays what they will pay you get bills which Aren't clear or have outrageous numbers attributed to them. Unfortunately because of this I also lost a nuero who I felt was great, this particular Doctor also used a lab who hung out in their lobby which implies a business relationship between the two. I can only speculate as to the relationship between this facility and the doctor. Of course some of my issues are systemic problems with the medical industry, each facility charges a different amount and no one know how much that is.

We had an 8:20pm appointment. We were still waiting at 9:30pm. The receptionists refused to answer any questions. Absolutely just rude and disgusting. Only reason we are here is because of our doctor...... never again! This place is terrible! Hooe no one comes here.

Worst place ever, my son had a 1100pm appt. we arrived at 9:30 and was told it was an hour and a half wait, we were ok with the wait. about 1130pm a couple shows up fills out their paper work and they sit so I ask the secretary is my son next? She states this couple came in early but went to the mall shopping and she was holding their spot.I ave never heard such a thing. Then I ask why make an appointment and she stated " what u want me to do about it". The secretary was on the phone for two hours speaking in Spanish on a personal call. Incredible. I do not recommend this place to any one.
