Paramus Chevrolet

I have purchased lots of cars over the years, but this 'deal' was by far the easiest. I had an idea of what the price was and Bob Brooks came in much lower. I was ready for the extra fees and charges but when it came to signing on the dotted line, there were NO EXTRA CHARGES. Bob is a man of his word. All car dealers should follow his way of doing business, I would also like to say that Paramus Chevrolet Service Dept. is a great asset too. Always fast and efficient. I was late for an appointment and they stayed late to accommodate me. So great sales and service, what else could you ask for!

Paramus chevorlet is definitely the dealership for me. Thought I would get the old salesman runaround, however great service all around. I honestly underrated what Chevy had to offer in terms of vehicles and the sales team was great. They took their time to sit down and explain every detail. Felt informed from purchasing, to the great service from their parts department customer service is always there. The sales manager Anthony Ciarlo was a genuine guy and made me feel taken care of. DONT GO TO ANOTHER CHEVY WITHOUT STOOPING HERE FIRST.

Love my TAHOE and purchasing it from Paramus Chevrolet was an excellent experience. The Sales team was very professional and Bill Mann was a pleasure. I did not have to haggle with them and they gave me the best deal I could ask for. Thank you Paramus Chevrolet!

Kathleen Doyle in Service did a wonderful job keeping me updated on my vehicle. She provided detailed information and did their best to get the car back to me when I needed it. The tech who worked on my vehicle did a fantastic job as well. The car came back to me clean, with no grease on the steering wheel that I usually get from other mechanics. All the work I needed was perfectly done on time and I can't thank Paramus Chevrolet enough!

The entire staff is cordial, pleasant, and the reception staff, even on the phone, is helpful and resourceful.

I rarely take time out to write reviews but, this experience was so pleasant and quick, and timely, that I just had to. Even though I was leasing a car in New Jersey, but needed plates and registration in NY, and needed my daughter, who by the way lives in Florida and was not present during my purchase, to be on the title and on the lease, the entire staff was able to accomplish this in no time and quick.
