Her stuff it's horrible. Unprofessional.
You call to schedule an appointment because you are having a hearing problem, ask the receptionist to please, repeat, and she gets an attitude with you.
Plus, they send me to a MRI cause they couldn't figure it out what was wrong with my hearing... and I need to keep calling to find out if they got the results or not. WHY do I need to keep calling them? Won't the office call me as soon as they receive the results. Then, I call the MRI imaging place and they told me that the results were sent. Call them again and they were "gone for the day". Just horrible!
Avoid if you can. Dr was good and friendly, but her crew are nothing but unprofessional.
