Papa John's Pizza

I have been going to the 32nd Street location in union city since it opened. From the time they make you wait to the manner they speak to you.If your not happy with your job is not the customers fault. my main reasons for why I will not go there again(customer service). That is the last time I will ever walk into a papa john's. I will be stopping all emails from your company.

I got cursed out by a manager. I told him a wanted a sm individual pie and he yelled at me and cursed me out. Then resfused to give me his name. Actually his entire staff denied giving me their names. This is disgusting bcuz I've been a fan of papa john since high school. This people need to get fired or go back to training Smh

terrible service since i moved in the neighborhood this place should be shut down also un sanitary health department should pay them a visit

Worst experience ever! Ordered online & then realized I wouldn't have enough for tip so called the location in Union City, NJ to pay over the phone. He told me my correct total yet once delievery came in, I noticed on my mobile app that I was charged extra for my order! Called location again and told me I had to call another day and the guy hungup! I called back and then was told that the manager wasn't there & he would call me back. Three days later...NOTHING! Called today and spoke to the "manager" and was told I would have to repay my order or cancel the whole transaction. Thing with that the bank won't allow it unless it wasn't me who paid. Either way I paid for two pies and only received one! Customer service skills lack in this location...nasty, rude and never get back to you! They sure lost a customer here!

I order the new Buffalo pizza and it didn't have not one piece of Chicken on it... When I called Papa John's in Patchogue on Rt 112 The Manage Andrew told me "well we measure all out portions out" .. he repeated himself several times I wonder What he was using to measure with Since like I stated earlier There was absolutely NO Chicken on that pie ... Maybe it was creamed chicken ...... The Manager was Very Rude, saying what would you like me to do if you order another pie it will have the same amount of chicken .... NONE Do go there They Suck and their management don't know How to treat or talk to people
