Papa John's Pizza

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a large pizza around 12am. They said 20-30 min. The pizza never came. I kept calling to find out when it would come but they kept answering the phone saying "hold!" and then placing people on hold and never picking up the phone. Then I kept calling back but once 2 am came, the recording came on saying they were closed. The food never came and they charged my debit card. I called in the morning and explained what happened the night before only to be told: "We were too busy last night so we didn't get to get everyone their food and we close on time at 2am" I said "well can you have the food delivered now since i was already charged?" and she said "no, contact your bank to reverse the charge, they cant deliver food that was ordered yesterday". Unbelievable they they charged my card (and probably other peoples as well) and told them flat out they they were not going to give them their food. Completely unethical and blatantly illegal.

No delivery... unfortunate results! Had to call another location and paid much more but it was delivered in 30 minutes verses the three hours and nothing.

Delivery times was okay however the "Cheese" breadsticks and the pizza have the smallest possible amount of cheese. Even the extra cheese pizza has a small amount of cheese. I might have to buy this location some cheese myself so they won't feel like they have to conserve their cheese. I won't be ordering again, I can eat the bread in my house for this.

Waited 3 hours to get a pizza -- first they claimed it was on the way, second call they claimed they didn't have my order at all (ordered via Seamless). When I asked why they said it was on the way, the manager said "I didn't tell you that." Order from 2nd and 90th instead.

I tried this place out because out of all the branches this got the best recent reviews.. it was pretty good. I ordered a 2 - topping 14" Pizza. They told me to wait 10 mins and I got it earlier than 10 mins. And the pizza was pretty good. I plan on ordering again on my cheat day :)
