HORRRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered around 8pm and received my order at 10pm? Called 3 times and they argued with me saying that we lied. Who says that? Whoever did responded that way shouldn't work there point blank!!! Super disappointed!

I ordered chicken wings and they delivered me a chicken popper..Bad service and when i call them they said it short of chicken wings..they should let me know ahead of time or call me so that i can cancel my order...bad bad service..never never order to this place.poor service..

This place sucks. 3 times now i have ordered with them. Every time there was some issue or the other. The first time it looks like the driver dropped the pizza on it head. All the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I called the manager and he said they would send another pizza but it would take 2 hours. How does that help me?? The second time there were hardly any toppings on the pizza my veggie pizza looked like a cheese pizza. The third time it been more that an hour an my pizza is not here and I try calling the number of the store and no one picks up. Seriously this is the worst.

I ordered a pizza about an hour ago. The deliverer's drive took him half an hour with my house being about a 5 minute drive away. He also went to my neighbor's house instead of mine. This is not to mention that I was not given the price over the phone so I did not know how much the pizza cost. When my order finally arrived the pizza was only warm and, I'm not sure if this is right, but one box was missing their signature pepper. There's a domino's and pizza hut in town, order from them.

Papa Johns is usually gives excellent service. Pizza's are delivered hot, fresh. But this is a terrible location to get your pizza from, If you want Papa Johns pizza, get it from a different location. I received my pizza not like how i ordered it, and it was cold as well. I Have called them back, and they have offered a credit, or another pizza, i wouldnt order from this location again,
